1. Who can use 2FAPlug

You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm you are 18+ and accept these terms.

2. The service

2FAPlug provides temporary phone numbers that can receive a single SMS verification code for a limited time. Numbers are not yours to keep, cannot be recovered after they expire, and must not be used for accounts you will later need to recover by SMS.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use 2FAPlug to:

• commit or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, or any other illegal activity;
• register for or access banks, fintech or lending apps, crypto exchanges, payment apps, or government services (we don't offer these, and attempting to work around this is a violation);
• harass, impersonate, or harm anyone.

Accounts that violate this policy are banned. Balance connected to misuse is not refunded. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

4. Balance and payments

Balance is purchased with cryptocurrency, is denominated in USD, and can only be spent on 2FAPlug. Balance is not a deposit, earns no interest, and is not withdrawable as cash except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.

5. Availability

Numbers come from third-party providers. We don't guarantee that any given service will accept a number or that stock will be available. If no code arrives, you are refunded as described in the Refund Policy.
