Refund Policy

No code, no charge

If no SMS arrives before your number expires, or you cancel before any SMS arrives, the number is cancelled with our provider and the full price goes back to your 2FAPlug balance automatically. This happens even if you close the tab.

When refunds don't apply

• An SMS was delivered to the number (the code was shown to you), even if the service later rejected it.
• The account was banned for violating our Terms (prohibited use). Balance tied to misuse is forfeited.

Top-ups

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. If you underpay an invoice, we credit the USD value actually received. Unused balance isn't withdrawable as cash except where required by law.
